Wine Review: This very light yellow wine opens with a faint light lime bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is steely, crisp, and nicely refined. It has a light lime flavor profile. This is a wonderful oyster or light fish wine. The finish is dry and subtle. Enjoy - Ken
