Wine Review: This yellow gold wine opens with a slightly earthy and green apple like bouquet with hints of butter, vanilla, and coconut. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is round, has solid mango like flavors with hints of butterscotch and oak. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with pasta carbonara. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This full-bodied, rich Chardonnay displays powerful citrus notes, with hints of toast and butterscotch. Classic cool climate undertones of flint and minerals. Good balance of oak followed with abundant fruit leads to a warm, lingering finish.
