Wine Review: We have to thank our server Brian for pulling out this gem for us on our visit. He wanted to show us a fine example of how good a Pinot Noir could be in the Finger Lakes. This light red Pinot was clearly the cream of the crop. It opens with a pleasant light cherry bouquet with some hints of smoke. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, it's soft, a tad spicy, and displays very pleasant black cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and nicely extended. Enjoy - Ken
