Wine Review: This ruby red wine opens with a cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is dry, very smooth, and has dusty sour cherry like flavors. The finish is dry and extends nicely for a while. This wine is very food friendly and would pair nicely with pork tenderloin with a sage brown sauce. Enjoy - Ken
