Wine Review: This wine has intense tropical fruit and grapefruit aromas on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dry, acidic, refreshing, and a touch tart. The wine has very bold grapefruit flavors. The finish is lively and lingers for quite some time. This wine would be a nice summer sipper, but probably a little too intense for food. Those readers that like big New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc’s will enjoy this wine. Ken
Winemaker Notes: This is the 2nd crop from our vineyards in Elgin. The wine has a lovely fragrant nose of honeysuckle and a gorgeous minerally palate with a sweet impression. The finish is crisp and long. Drink it when it’s still young and lively.
