Wine Review: This crowd pleaser disappeared quickly at a South African Chenin Blanc tasting we did on the Fourth of July. This is a very light yellow wine. This wine opens with a pineapple and light banana bouquet. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, has a creamy mouthfeel and is quite refreshing. The finish of this wine is dry and subtle. Winemaker Notes: Aromatic kiwi and melon nuances on the nose. Plenty of delicous tropical melon and citrus flavors. Weighty mid-palate with a lengthy finish that has a touch of spice.
