Wine Review: This wine opens with a big alluring minty and eucalyptus like bouquet. On the palate, the wine is nicely balanced and loaded with licorice flavors. This wine calls for a steak topped with a deglazed red wine mushroom sauce. The finish is quite dry and very extended. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Expansively aromatic, black cherry, spice, dust and hints of violet and cinnamon are found in the bouquet. Upon tasting, the texture is very approachable with soft mountain tannins and a long creamy finish.
