Wine Review: There is nothing more seductive than the aroma’s of Syrah. This wine opens with an inviting sweet black cherry bouquet that lures you into your first taste. On the palate, this wine flows over the tongue with ease. The plum and licorice flavors are very forward initially. They do settle in with some time and air. This is a wine to be consumed while it is young. This wine would be great with Memphis styled ribs. The finish is lively, lengthy, quite dry, and has hints of cocoa. This wine was yummy and smooth. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense dark ruby red color with sweet aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry accented with compelling hints of leather and smoke followed by a mouthful of delicious fruit flavors and soft, silky tannins.
