Wine Review: This bright yellow wine opens with an apple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is round, creamy, a little viscous and displays nice acidity. The flavor profile is light pineapple and pear like flavors with hints of cashew nut flavors as well on the back end. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine would be a perfect match for chicken alfredo with fettuccini. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A lean and stylish incarnation of our Estate Chardonnay, the 2005 vintage offers soft, yellow flower aromatics with hints of honeysuckle, spicy pear, candied lemon and sweet white corn. On the palate, it has a light, creamy texture filled with flavors of lemon custard and mild tropical fruit salad. The wine’s natural acidity carries through to a lively and crisp finish.
