Wine Review: Anarchy is another wild blend from the Freak Show line-up from the folks at Four Vines. This wine opens with an intense fruit bomb bouquet. On the palate, this wine is fruit driven, intense, a bit acidic, and quite flavorful. The Zinfandel flavors come through on the palate, despite being the lowest percentage grape. The wine has a berry like flavor profile. The finish is dry and slightly extended. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: I give you ANARCHY... I wanted to think outside the box and create an unconventional Rhone Blend. The blend is based on Syrah for that velvet mouthfeel and rich fruit, Old Vine Zin for spice and that brambly backbone, and Mourvedre provides some anise and makes the whole blend resonate. If you like the Rhone this wine will blow you away!
