Wine Review: This almost clear wine opens with a very pleasant inviting fruit forward bouquet. On the palate, the wine is steely has very good balance fruit and acidity. This wine is very very food friendly. The finish is quite dry and slightly extended. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, crisp and full of flavor. This wine was stainless steel fermented until it reached 5 Brix. At that point 50% of the wine continued its fermentation in stainless steel while the balance was barreled down into three-year old French oak barrels for the final 10 days of fermentation. With aromas of melon and fig, a lively hint of lime cream and a touch of gooseberries, this vintage is sure to be a warm weather favorite.
