Wine Review: This medium bodied dark purple wine opens with mild grapey aromas and a little bit of oak. On the palate, the wine is smooth as silk. The wine has nice zesty flavors and a touch of heat. This is a very nice food wine that I could envision it pairing very well with beef stroganoff. The finish is rather dry and lingers nicely. Enjoy - KWGTP
