Wine Review: We recently went out to dinner with good friends at the Metropolitan Club in Chestnut Hill, MA. This Chardonnay was the white wine for the evening and was very well received by all. This golden yellow wine opens with a fragrant vanilla oak bouquet with hints of butter. On the palate, this medium bodied wine has banana and vanilla cream flavors with a touch of oak. If you like this style of wine you will enjoy it. The finish is dry and lingers briefly. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Beautiful pale gold in color, the aromas are tropical fruit mixed with a bit of herb, like pineapple sage. In the mouth it is quite rich, more like pineapple upside-down cake, minus the sugar. The finish is clean and refreshing, but lingers on.
