Wine Review: This light red wine opens with a lovely perfumed black current bouquet. On the palate, the wine has a round and light mouthfeel. The flavor profile is mildly fruity and has a hint of spice. This wine is very very food friendly and would match nice with Coq au Vin or beef bourgergne. The finish is dry and nicely prolonged.
