Wine Review: I was recently at Smith & Wollensky’s Wine Week and this was one of my favorite pours. This wine opens with a very refreshing lemon scented bouquet. On the palate, the wine is round, a touch acidic, and is vibrant. The finish is dry. This wine would go well with grilled chicken marinated in Ken’s Creamy Caesar dressing. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale straw with brilliant luminosity. Aroma: Pear, apple, tropical fruit, lemon, white peach and spice. Mouthfeel: Lemon, pineapple, pear, and lime. Crisp acidity, nice mouthfeel with a full bodied texture.
