Wine Review: This organic wine from Vinos Pinol received the bronze metal from our panelist in our most recent blind tasting of Spanish Red wines. This dark purple wine opened with a strong peat moss and sulfur like aroma that needed some time to release. Once the wine was allowed to breath this was less of an issue. On the palate, the wine is smooth, rich, dry, and layered. The flavors are concentrated. The finish is very dry and quite prolonged. This is a good wine to pair with burgers off the grill. Enjoy – KWGTP
