Wine Review: Imagine being at your favorite steak restaurant and desiring a wine that would impress you, go very well with your meal and not completely break the bank. OK, here it is. This wine opens with a very forward bouquet with hints of fruit and oak. On the palate, this wine is extremely well balanced and elegant. This wine has a very good flavor profile. The finish is very dry and persistent. Enjoy this wine with a NY strip steak and savor the experience. – Ken
