Wine Review: This wine’s bouquet was a bit shy for a Cabernet. On the palate, this wine has a soft, velvety, cooling feel in the mouth. The flavors exploded once it got going. This wine is a good match for a steak. The wine is a bit tannic and dry on the finish. The wine should age nicely. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep, rich, chunky, and full-bodied. Loads of black fruit, licorice, espresso roast, slight tobacco, and a hint of chocolate.
