Wine Review: This wine calls out for a pan seared NY State Strip Steak. The bouquet of this wine was fairly big and had some spicy tones too it. On the palate, the wine is smooth, rich, concentrated, and has some very good flavors. The wine finishes a bit dry and a tad extended. Enjoy – Ken
