Wine Review: Argentina is known for great values and their great value wine in the white wine category is Torrontés. This option from Trivento was a pleasant discovery at this year’s Boston Wine Expo. This almost clear wine opens with a very inviting tropical fruit like nose. On the palate, this wine is lively, zingy, round, and displays tasty grapefruit and citrus like flavors. The finish is very refreshing and dry. This good bargain wine would pair nicely with seafood. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Bright golden yellow in color with greenish reflections. Bouquet: Floral and tropical-fruit aromas and hints of citrus. Taste: Crisp and well structured, offering flavors of ripe tropical fruit and citrus.
