Wine Review: This wine was the best Sauvignon Blanc that I tried at the Boston Wine Expo this year. This wine has a nice inviting, citrus bouquet. On the palate, the wine is elegant and not overdone. It has vibrant and slightly acidic flavors. This wine has a pleasant dry finish. This wine was wonderfully proportioned on all fronts. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bouquet: Passionfruit and ripe melon. Some underlying herbal notes and hints of mineral/flint. Palate: The brightness of pure fruit flavours shines through on the palate. Lees aging of the vineyard parcels provides weight and interest, as well as balance to this wine.
