Wine Review: This unfiltered & unfined wine has a pronounced bouquet that invites you to the wine. It is medium bodied with mild tannins. This is a very well balanced syrah with a very long finish. After about 30 minutes of being open, it openned up to another level of flavor. This is an extremely refined wine. Enjoy - Ken
