Wine Review: This ice wine opens with a mild bouquet, which was a bit surprising. On the palate, the wine is creamy and quite flavorful. It was very well balanced for a sweet wine. This wine was very delightful and would make for a very pleasant finishing wine for a special night. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A beautiful dessert wine, crafted in the ice-wine style, this wine leads off with a bouquet of lychee, melons and spring flowers to a velvety mouth, rich with the exotic flavors of mandarin, mango and passion fruit. A long lingering, luxurious yet clean finish, with just a hint of honey and a touch of peach lends the perfect ending to any meal. Serves well with fresh fruits, cheeses or cheesecake. Wonderful as an aperitif wine when served with paté.
