Wine Review: This very dark red wine has a mild fruit based bouquet. On the palate, the wine is nicely balanced and round. It has good fruit flavors and is dry. These flavors continue to go on and on during the finish as the wine dries out your mouth. I envisioned this tasty wine with a hearty beef stew this winter. Yum, Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep, dark and ruby in color with bing cherry, eucalyptus, strawberry and cedar in the nose. Flavors of red berries, black cherry, and bittersweet chocolate with a medium body. Abundant mouthfeel with no hard edges–bright acid, tannins with a slight toast of oak. A lasting finish of cassis, cedar, and tobacco. Drink now, but will age gracefully for 5-8 years.
