Winemaker Notes: An elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, showing concentrated cassis with blackberry bramble, black currant and mint flavors that are typical of the Dry Creek Valley. Hints of chocolate, tobacco and cedar cover the mid palate, leading to a long silky finish. Its fruit is from both the valley’s sunny eastern slope and protected western slope, offering structure with a nice lingering finish.
