Wine Review: This wine has a nice big bouquet. On the palate, this wine explodes on the palate. This wine finishes a tad dry and with some length. This is another excellent wine from Lambert Bridge that is worth seeking out. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon has rich aromas of cedar, wild berry and currant that lead into concentrated flavors of toasty oak and intense fruit. This full-bodied wine exhibits firm, broad tannins and a long, focused finish. We recommend drinking now or cellaring for three to five years. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled porterhouse steaks with blue cheese butter, mushroom and parmesan salad or bittersweet chocolate.
