Wine Review: This wine is very aromatic and floral. On the palate, this wine is very creamy and flavorful. It was very well balanced and finishes smoothly. This was my favorite white wine from Lambert Bridge. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2005 Viognier, Dry Creek Valley has perfumed aromas of honeysuckle and ripe peach that are rich and concentrated, elegant and polished in the mouth. A lingering, creamy texture finishes with a stylish mineral edge. A wonderfully crisp wine with fresh allure that is a thirst quenching alternative to Chardonnay in the spring and summer months. This Viognier is terrific alone or an excellent match with grilled Thai shrimp satays, ceviche or grilled tuna with peach salsa.
