Wine Review: This wine opens with a mild bouquet. On the palate, the wine is quite flavorful and nice. The wine finishes very very dry. With time this wine should be delightful. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: From head trained vines on the Eastern bench of the Dry Creek Valley, the Maple Vineyard is a mix of Zinfandel, Sirah, and Carignane. The wine has a smooth texture and well concentrated flavors, with aromas of raspberry licorice and French oak. A faint white pepper overlays the fruit character of this bold Zin.
