Wine Review: The bouquet of this wine is a bit mild and unusual. On the palate the wine is very creamy and smooth. The wine has no hard edges at all. There is a touch of vanilla in the flavor. The finish is short and has a very distinctive viognier aftertaste. I also found that this wine got much better after breathing a while. This is classic viognier for a viognier lover. Folks not familiar with viognier may or may not like it. Enjoy – Ken
