Wine Review: Yorkville is a leader in the organic wine arena. This wine shows you why. This light red wine opens with a very pleasant bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, dry, and flavorful. On the finish, the wine is dry and tingly. This is a great food wine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich and full-bodied with lots of Bing cherry and blueberry fruit. Hints of licorice, toasted spice and herbs on the nose with a touch of burnt sugar or maple syrup. Good structure with moderate tannins, light herbal note mid-palate and a hint of violets to finish. Try serving with pork chops, lamb kabobs or sausage with peppers.
