Wine Review: This wine opens with a mild bouquet. On the palate, the wine has nice flavors, it is medium bodied, and well balanced. This is a very nice wine to match with an Italian sauce based meal. I was thinking veal parmigiana. The wine finishes nicely and is slightly dry. Enjoy - Ken
