Wine Review: This pale strawberry colored wine from Santa Barbara county opens with floral aromas and hints of strawberry on the nose. It is medium bodied and its mouthfeel is almost viscous. On the palate, it displays loads of ripe strawberries flavors with some hints of lime. There is a little heat that does appears which distracts a little. We would serve it with grilled salmon. – Karen and Stuart

Winemaker Notes: The aromas are complex with layers of fruity, flinty and perfume-like qualities: strawberry crème, raspberry, and peach coupled with blossoms.
