Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley opens with a green apple and lemon verbena bouquet with hints of quince and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and graceful. The flavor profile is a mild green caramel apple and toasted almond blend with notes of chamomile tea and Nilla wafers. I also detected some hints of baking spice and butter.
