Wine Review: This 3 liter box wine from Vin Vault was unexpectedly smooth and pleasant. It is a deep ruby color with a dark raspberry, chocolate and vanilla bouquet. It is medium bodied and dry with gentle acidity. Its flavors are very extracted blackberry, cranberry and dark cherry with integrated mild oak and a hint of herbs. The finish is moderate with mild tannins. This Cab will be a crowd pleaser. Enjoy it with grilled sausage at a tailgate. - Mark
