Wine Review: This opaque and slightly dark purple colored wine opens with a fragrant dried cranberry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a fruit forward mild red raspberry and plum blend with a hint of oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky. This wine would go well with a petite filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Fresh, bright fruit combines with delicate notes of ripe, wild strawberry and well-integrated wood spice. A slight earthiness enhances the wine’s complexity and flavor. Silky in texture with a lengthy finish.
