Wine Review: This pale straw colored white blend from Robert Foley opens with a mild grapefruit bouquet with hints of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lime and ginger blend with hints of grapefruit and pineapple. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel thought this wine is versatile and they suggested pairing it with linguine with clams or Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our second vintage of this classic Rhone-variety blend combines 50% Grenache Blanc, 45% Roussanne, and 5% Marsanne, and is again vinified without the use of oak. The aromas suggest a bouquet of honeysuckle, jasmine and citrus blossoms. The mid-palate feels like a flood of honeyed white fig carried by natural grape acidity. The purity of fruit carries long in the lingering finish. Best experienced slightly chilled.
