Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling opens with a yellow grapefruit and apricot pit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic with a mild sweetness. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features a tart, yet slightly sweet yellow grapefruit and apricot blend with notes of minerality and ginger. The finish is off-dry and refreshing.
