Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with a wet stone and lemon-lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart lime with mineral infused notes. I also detected some light lemon and green apple. The finish is semi-dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would pair this lively Riesling with a grilled swordfish sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
