Wine Review: This deep garnet colored Malbec opens with a black cherry and dark chocolate bar bouquet with hints of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with bright acidity. We also found it to be very juicy, yet smooth. The flavor profile is ripe red plum and sage blend with notes of red raspberry jam and smoky oak with a hint of red currant. The finish remains fruity and those flavors drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this Malbec with a shepherd's pie. You could also serve it slightly chilled or you it as your base for your summer sangria. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A deep violet red color, its aroma remembers red fruits with slight floral tones, accompanied by delicate notes of vanilla and tobacco from the wood. On the palate, it is round, with good character and remarkable structure, with pleasant tannins that give it great complexity and a memorable finish.
