Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored wine from Argentina opens with a mild blueberry and boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and red cherry blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints red plum and craisin. The finish is dry and its flavors and its refined tannins drift away nicely. This very good wine would pair nicely with filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine has an intense red and blue color. With notes of red and black fruits, in balance together with some spices makes it complex and delicate. In the mouth is persistent and pleasant, with an excellent elegance. We can pair this wine with different types of food or enjoy it alone.
