Wine Review: This light ruby colored CDP opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and very elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty and spicy red raspberry with notes of black pepper throughout. The finish is rather dry and its substantial tannins linger for quite sometime. It is a very enjoyable wine that can be consumed in the near term with a ribeye despite the big tannins. Enjoy - Ken
