Wine Review: This Verdejo from Mocen is a very good value. On the nose, we smelled pleasant aromas of peach, dried apricot, lemon and light notes of cut grass, grapefruit and a hint of wet stone. This wine is light bodied, crisp and mouth-watering on the palate with flavors of honeycrisp apples, citrus and pear on the finish. We would serve this very nice Verdejo with grilled chicken marinated in lemon juice, garlic and thyme. - Karen & Stuart

Winemaker Notes: Medium intense golden yellow with occasional green hues. On the nose, it is big, with intense aromas of its Verdejo variety, hay and ripened tropical fruit. In the mouth, it is fresh, fruity, oily, big, consistent, round and balanced. It is easy to drink, especially with fish and seafood.
