Wine Review: This light salmon colored Rose is a good every day wine offering for the summer. It opens with a mild strawberry and faint watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with hints of green apple. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This very affordable Rose would be a nice complement to shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Beautiful pale salmon shade with marshmallow tints. On the nose, intense and elegant with floral and fruity notes accentuated by the fragrance of rose petals. The wine is surprisingly playful on entry to the palate. Straightforward and fresh, with a wide array of aromas suggestive of a summer garden replete with raspberries, strawberries, red currants and violets. Pairs well with all types of food, best enjoyed young.
