Wine Review: This watermelon colored wine from the Finger Lakes opens with a ripe grapefruit bouquet with hints of funk, cucumber rind and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and juicy. The flavor profile is tangy grapefruit and Juicy Fruit gum blend with notes of strawberry rhubarb and lime. We also detected some hints of green tea and white peach mixed in. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The Panel would pair this Rose with soft shell crab. Enjoy – KWGTP
