Wine Review: This light white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Napa opens with a mild grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle grapefruit with a hint of lime, green apple and white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. Pair this very nice Sauvignon Blanc with grilled Mahi-Mahi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Zippy acidity lends a crisp freshness to the tropical flavors of mango, kiwi, lemongrass & freshly squeezed grapefruit. Juicy and refreshing, with aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and grapefruit rind. Medium bodied, with a smooth, minerally finish.
