Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Carneros opens with a tropical papaya and banana like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a juicy ripe lemon with notes of integrated light oak and a hint of Werther's original caramel. The finish is pretty dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chard would pair well with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine is well focused with a lovely integration of vibrant peach and pear aromas, seductive vanilla and bright acidity. On the palate, it is rich and creamy with flavors of granny smith apples, lemon peel and butterscotch that fold together nicely in a lingering finish.
