Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with red plum and pomegranate bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a black raspberry and red plum blend with notes of red cherry and mild oak. There is a hint of cinnamon and faint minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and faint tannins fade away nicely. This Cab is very food friendly and would pair well with your favorite gourmet pizza or burger. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense color with a dark ruby center and garnet edges. Aromas of raspberry to dark plum with a bit of dark spice and a lift of sweet toffee. The palate is fruit-forward with dark lush blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry flavors, followed by a great mid-palate with chewy tannins on the finish. Overall, the wine has great balance and is approachable enough to drink young as well as the structure and tannins to age gracefully.
