Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Ferrington Vineyard is opens with a pomegranate and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of oak and graphite. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black raspberry and plum with notes of oak. I also detected hints of black pepper and nutmeg. The finish is dry and its flavors, fine tannins and gentle acidity stick around for a while. This Pinot would pair well with a pork tenderloin with a cherry Pinot Noir sauce. Enjoy - Ken
