Wine Review: This very dark yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant peach and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty Bartlett pear and minerality blend with notes of pineapple and oak. I also detected a hint of green apple in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely this Chard is very food friendly and would pair well with chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fresh firm stone fruits of nectarine, and yellow cherry mingle with vibrant crisp tropical notes that together grace the pallet upon the initial greeting.
