Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with a new leather and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, balanced, and dusty. The flavor profile is a blackberry and dark chocolate blend with notes of integrated old oak with a hint of black cherry. The finish is rather dry and its dusty tannins display good length. This wine is food friendly and it would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
